Supports shards issue

This isn't the first time this has happened to me. I have krakoa support at 5*. I opened the legendary support tokens recieved from puzzle gauntlet in quick succession only to have it award the conversion shards once. Why have the devs not fixed this? It been like this for what seems like ever since the favorite support shard roll-out.

Normally, I would just back out after making one pull. To get the conversion pop-up saying shards converted to the one i had favorited but alas I have forgotten to do so and lost out on the 45 shards. The same thing happens when I pull from the support token store. If I don't back out after pulling a duplicate support to get the conversion shards pop-up, I lose out on the shards.

The same problem occured when they had the support vault in the summer. The vault had 50 favorite shards,100 and 50 shards of another support. I had the 100/50 shard support already at 5*. When I went to buy out the vault 40x. I only the shards for the one pulled last. I.e. if I pulled the 100 shards before the 50 shards, I would only get 25 shards from. The conversion system and lose out on the 50 shards from the earlier pull of 100 shards. Devs really need to test their store and vaults mechanics more!! Luckily they have only run this type of vault twice. I believe the second time being for leap frog and I have not gotten it to 5*, so need to convert any shards.

Has anyone submitted a CS ticket for this? If their response is they can't do anything about it, I don't want to waste my time.

    I submitted a ticket for this back in September and they sent me some shards. If you’re on the official discord you can see my comment in the bug section on 9/13.

    Thanks. Did CS say anything about working on a solution, ... or here are your missing shards please leave us alone?

    There wasn't any mention of addressing this more comprehensively in the reply, just 'Your account has been credited with the following...'. With that said, it was only a couple of hours to receive the shards, so that was nice.

    Fwiw, I haven't noticed this issue again since then and I think I have seen the banner with overflow shards pop up immediately rather than after backing out of the Recruit tab. I do generally back out though after overflow shards have been earned unless I see that banner. But if you experienced the issue than it's clearly not 100% fixed. Good luck!
