Opposing Goblin Tokens alive with 0 Toughness

I think I used Will's ability Chill Down (target creature becomes a base 0/3). My battle log says I used Rowan's Light It up instead. Anyway, my opponent's Goblin 6/6 is alive with 13 damage on it. After making a swap, the creature died. Observed during Revolving Planeswalk - Battle Cry of the Furious - Red Node.

In the following screenshot, the second Battle Log in after I won. Curiously, you can see 2 creature icons with no data as i make my swap.

    Twice now in recent weeks I've had instances where greg ends up with a x/0 creature at the end of his turn that persists into my turn. I believe the 2nd time it happened I did something like use loyalty or activate a vanguard and the game updated itself and destroyed the creature, but the first time I believe it stayed on the board until my cast phase or attack phase started, don't remember which.
