Here is what it could look like to playing this game with ads:

Watching one add gives you
100 Runes or
5 Gold or
2 Pinkies or
1 legacy common

Watching two adds gives you
1 legacy uncommon

Watching 3 to 10 ads
Open a booster again. The number of ads aligns with the value of the booster.

    Is ad revenue really that large in mobile games? I'd be interested to hear if anyone here has ever clicked through an ad and installed the advertised game... I can't imagine many people have.

    Between the questionable diet supplements and the gross games for gooners, I stopped watching the ads entirely. I got tired of reporting them and there’s just no way to block offensive content.

    On a positive note, it did desensitize me to the angry-red notification dot so I can just ignore it now.

    Those are interesting ideas! Our team was already looking into the role of ads in the game but getting a sense of what you guys expect from it it's always helpful.

    Also, being able to report inappropriate or even irrelevant content is fundamental! Noted so we check it. Thanks for bringing it up.

    I personally have never watched a single ad on this game and it is a big part of why I still play to this day. They are there for those who want to view them, and they are hidden away for those who do not want them.

    I fully agree. I watch all of them, so this is why the method works.

    I stopped watching them due to mostly getting the runes as reward. If those are taken out of the rewards I would watch again.

    Mana runes are okay in the beginning but by platinum tier it would be nice to drop mana runes from the ad rewards.

    When I perceive the in-game economy to be generous to me I stop watching them and when I perceive it to be mean I start watching them again, mostly for the extra crystals.

    It will probably not surprise anyone to learn that I am watching ads recently (not only do we get less resources after the daily rewards, er, 'restructure', but I also have are also a lot of very expensive PM2 cards to buy)
