New device login

I need your help. My account was backed up using Facebook login on my old device. I tried to set up mpq on a new device and it wouldn't allow me to restore my backup using Facebook and forced me to use Google instead. When I signed in on my new device I was at the beginning of the game.
I went back to check on my old device and figured I needed to switch to Google backup instead. This then rebooted the game straight back to the beginning.

I now have 2 devices both back at the beginning of the game and no way to recover my save status.

PLEASE HELP!!!

Customer service contacted and fixed. Thanks
