Still some cards can't Reorder in Hand after 7.0.2 update

After that update some cards like "Demonic Tutor" are not possible to move their position into the hand. Also still some pop-up prompts appear in the board at the beginging of turns even with no cards in play, like the description of "Reach" ability for example, but there are random these popups.
