Bug : Annie Flash the Veteran, attack effect not triggering

Hello there 
I have a question/bug about this card.
The text says : "When this creature attacks : Exile the top 4 card of your library. Then : Return the first 2 cards from your exile to your hand. Those cards gain half of their mana, rounded down."
But whenever i play this card, this effect never happens (no matter the deck or the event). Am i missing something ?
