I did a 40 and a 10 Pull just need to clear the vault once reset when its zero and Prince and repeat.

I'm definitely contemplating the deal, its just the two 3a4, Victor & Quicksilver aren't high on my ascension list. That gives me pause enough to probably skip it. Wanting the cp for Agatha as well. The 4* is Deathlok. I'd say worth it, just not for me.

Vault ran for 13.5 days, only 7 days this year. That's the only difference, everything and everyone is exactly the same. Just a reminder, the 5* and 3* characters don't change, just the color of the cover.

Most people seem to be focused on 5* with this, but I'm interested in whether it's worth spending HP to power-level and/or power-ascend 2* and 3*. 1* are so abundant that it's probably not worth it.

What about the 1000 CP deal on offer right now for a pair of ascended 3-4 stars? You also get 500 5 star shards, 5 Latest + 5 classic, a roster slot, a R4 support, 3 4 star covers (forget who) and a bunch of 3 star vision.

1000 in classics is 50 draws (40 in latest) so after discounting the 14 (10 tokens, 3 4 covers, 500 5 shards) you are talking about giving up 36 (or 26) draws for a pair of ascended 3s, a R4 support?

You think that's worth it?

I've never had 1000CP at once, so I'm not sure!

How about this...I don't think it's a completely insane thing to do. You can mostly stick a value on the other resources in there, but those 270 3* are worth a LOT.

I have been eyeing it because of the support. They have a lot of value.

If I had 1000 CP I'd think pretty hard about it. That is a LOT of CP so I do understand folks dismissing it immediately. There's really a lot of value in there though.

I do feel like it is easier to get 40 LLs or 1000 CP than a 4 star support…could be wrong…but my experience makes it tempting

Well, I actually made a post on the system's thread that the way I see it focusing on particular 2★ and 3★ are the system's real value. Particularly 2★ since you can't focus any other way.

In this case, though, it's a real question. I can level my dupe for just rewards (maybe some day down the like they'll let us "Ascend" a 5★ past 550, but that's not something you can count on,) or I can level up one of my 5★s that are under 550. I actually turned that first Chasm cover to Wong, but considering the vault itself demands a lot of HP if I'm going to empty it (or nearly empty it) every day, I'll probably just re-roster the tinykitty.

I'll probably just hold the Kitty and Chasm covers until after the vault is done, then make my decision.

Sadly with the vault you only get one 10X pull for the discounted price and its just reset vault or a daily pull for 100. If you do a daily pull for 100 it will last the entire time the vault is up. so I bit the bullet and reset the vault for 500 since if I saved myself 1000 HP for pulling it at single pulls for 300 after the daily pull

Resetting early depends on which 4-5 items are left. If it's 5 star covers or roster slots you are WAY better off spending the 300 a pull. If it's the junk items like ISO, 3 star covers then definitely reset.

I'm mostly going for slots. Figure do the 40 pull. That levels what 16 items left. If I have at least 2 slots open. It's worth risking 1000 more but if I pull 3 slots with the 40. I will reset

Wasn't only the first vault last year have slots. Pretty sure some weeks didn't have slots. That is what I'm worried about. Don't really like the 5s. But I want all the slots I can buy

Checked my notes again and I believe you're referring to the New Years Vaults. There were multiple runs of those throughout January. Gotta find my screenshots for the inventory, I never put them in my notebook.

Yeah, I was surprised there wasn't something new today -- I thought they kept a special vault running all the way through the holidays, but maybe I'm misremembering.

Was also the Wild Card Vault that started on 1-1-24 and ran the entire month of January. That's all I got in that time frame, aside from some Lightning Vaults.

Could be since they shortened the run time of the Dec Deals by a week that's throwing us all off on the vault gap. We didn't have this vault-less period because the Dec Deals vault was still running this time last year.

I honestly wouldn't go on last year as any judge as this year will be. I still think those vaults are way out of scale for what they give (compared to everything else,) and they'll almost certainly be a lot more sparing with them. I really didn't expect to see one at all.

The last one last year was in March or April, I believe. I remember I was on a trip when it dropped, let me look that up...

Yeah, mid to late April. That was the last of them until last week.

Normally I expect things to NOT be the same as the prior year regarding vaults, offers(hp, cash, cp, and iso now too). And even though the December Deals started on the same date with the same contents at the same hp cost but only a week shorter, I'm still not expecting the Jan Deals Vault. Obviously I hope it repeats but expecting, not at all.

I know you track this stuff -- I don't -- but I feel like BCS has been somewhat consistent since they took over? Am I totally off on it? (Actually asking)

I do know the other guys were all over the place.
