A rebalance on a limited character? I mean, I guess this might affect...someone?

A rebalance on a limited character? I mean, I guess this might affect...someone?I like the limited characters, I've been playing forever and I've actually sorta gone after them when possible.
I have Devil Dino, Howard and Taskmaster ascended to 5*, with a decent amount of levels.
Spider-Ham is 370 with a 2/0/4 dupe. He's been offered and included in tokens and vaults incredibly rarely, much more so than the others. I do appreciate this rework because he was one of the very worst 4*, but I'm willing to bet I've got one of the highest level ones and this basically does nothing for me.

The yellow power at 370 got a little better but no more fortification at 5 covers so actually worse and at 550 you lose fortification and everything is worse. Is this all correct?

Easily the least coherent power design in the game. Is he still unusable? I can’t really tell.

On the other hand the Blue power gets it at all levels (before needed to have 3 covers).
All the damage has been reduced but the cost of powers is also reduced too so damage per AP may still be the same (I didn't work it out).

Blue now hits multiple targets as long as it's hitting minions so could hit all 3 enemies if all 3 are goons and it hits hard.
But essentially he's only useful against goons which is perfect for a limited character. The only exception is if you have Peni Parker equipped as a support and you have an SAP team since he then has a chance to do a random stun when enemies match your SAPs.

Is he still going to be Limited after this? What is the point of still having Limited characters?

I guess; I’d rather bring Strange I think.

3217, mine is at 297 largely thanks to him being featured in Classics lately.

I can't access MPQ right now but as I have been playing a similar amount of time to RW I guess my Spider-Ham is probably around those levels. The rebalance numbers hurt my head a bit with all the ups and downs but essentially I don't think they are going to make much of a difference to his usage because I can't really think of an all minion PVE level that needs his specialised help over a boosted 5 (or ascended to 5).

Do we normally get a costume released with these rebalances?

Absolutely and Strange is a 3 star. You'd probably rather have 3 star Omega Red too for the constant team damage. He's clearly useless in today's game because so many newly released characters do his niche job better plus so many new releases just hit that much harder via passives.
He really should have been released as a 2 star (replacing Bagman) because at that point in the game his Purple would have had value as a fair number of players would still have been finishing up the prologue and still needing stuns for goons (over 1 star Widow).

Not the rebalance we wanted, but the rebalance we deserved.
Clem's been naughty, like, all year.

These changes make me sad and devoid of hope.

I’ve asked them before why the Limiteds cannot be unLimited-ed; and been told they are not really good for daily play.
And now they have rebalanced Spider-Ham, who is usually left out of Anniversary celebrations, so maybe they’re changing their minds on this issue.

The biggest/only (maybe?) problem with the limited guys is that they're not in the boost rotation. I'm not running any unboosted character, ever. I have no idea if Dino or Howard are playable at lvl600, but they're certainly not at 450.
