1.
The Maker (Reed Richards) Villain
Survivor of the first Ultimate Universe; a twisted and evil Reed Richards who tried and failed to conquer the 616 universe. Frustrated; the Maker traveled to another universe to make his own version of his home dimension.

Black: Brilliant throughout: (Passive): No shields, nor invisibility, nor airborne is active when he’s in front.

Blue: World Shaper: (Passive): Due to his machinations, enemies are reduced in power.

Yellow: His Dark Works: (Active): He calls upon his Council Members based on Color Choice:
-Red: Ultimate Winter Soldier slashes. Team damage.
-Yellow: Ultimate Bullseye shoots. Target enemy damage.
-Green: Ultimate Hulk punches. Clears the board.
-Blue: Ultimate Moon Knight creates shields.

2.
Ultimate Sif (Asgardian Warrior) Hero
Due to the Maker’s interventions, Sif is the prison keeper of the deposed Thor. When
Thor agrees to help free the Ultimate Universe, Sif goes with him to maintain custody of her charge.

Red: Rainbow Bridge: Sif calls in a fellow Ultimate to help based on which color she has the most of:
-Blue: Ultimate Captain America protects with his shield.
-Yellow: Ultimate Thor brings the lightning.
-Purple: Ultimate Hawkeye stuns.
-Green: Ultimate Doom blasts lead enemy.
-Black: America Chavez punches a critical tile.

Blue: My Sword is Yours: Slashes with her mighty sword thrice.

Yellow: Regroup (Passive): If team is taking too much damage, Sif transports them away for 2 turns; then a 5-turn counter is created until she can do it again.

Ultimate Hawkeye (Charlii Ramsey) Hero
After Clint Barton refused to embrace his heroic destiny a Lakota Warrior adopted it to wage war on the Roxxon corporation.

Blue: Defensive Arrows:
-Spend 4: Stun Arrow
-Spend 6: Saw Arrrow: destroys shields.
-Spend 8: Shock Arrow: charges tiles
-Spend 10: Smoke Arrow: team invisibility.

Purple: Offensive Arrows:
-Spend 4: Razor Arrow: Damage
-Spend 6: Boomerang Arrow: Hits last enemy in line
-Spend 8: Explosive Arrows
-Spend 10: Mini-Warheads Arrow: team damage

Black: Bullseye: Target multiple tiles to turn into Critical Tiles

4. Ultimate Hulk (Immortal Weapon) Villain
   Through the Maker’s intervention, Bruce Banner has become not only a member of his council, but also the Iron Fist. Using his calm, he unleashes his unmatched strength through targeted attacks.

Abilities when calm before he takes more than 75% damage:
Green: Time to Reflect: Hulk tosses enemy airborne. Crash hurts.

Purple: Dragon’s Chi Punch: targeted attack.

Yellow: Nuclear Crane Kick: team damage.

Abilities when angry after 75% damage.
Green: The tea has gone cold: (Passive): he starts venting gamma radiation dealing team damage.

Purple: Dragon’s Fire Punch: punches with a gamma burst that deals cripples enemy team.

Yellow: Gamma Hug: He grabs an enemy and crushes them.

5.
Armor (Ultimate X-Man)
An ordinary Japanese schoolgirl, HISAKO ICHIKI, awoke one day to having mutant powers. Realizing that she and others were targets of the cult Children of the Atom, she uses her power to protect others.

Purple: (Passive): Armored Up: She generates shield tiles if none exist.
(Passive 2): If a teammate creates a shield tile; she creates bonus ones.

Yellow: (Passive): Stepping Up: If a teammate is hit with an ability; she jumps to the front.
(Passive 2): if she’s in the front, reduces enemy match damage.

Black: Warrior’s Sword: Bends her energy armor into a sword for a vicious attack.

6.
Ultimate Green Goblin (Harry Osborn)
After the Maker’s Council framed Tony Stark for a terrorist attack; Harry was given Stark Enterprises and invited into the secret order that rules the world. He uses these seek revenge for his murdered father as the Green Goblin.

Green: Wrist Blasters: Blasts & stuns enemy.

Black: Glider: Harry goes airborne to deliver a surprise ram attack with his glider after building speed with a countdown tile.

Yellow: (Passive) Voice in my ear: AI Norman helps Harry by “encouraging” him. Create a counter that when it expires, Harry unleashed his rage by randomly firing a power.
