Namor (Phoenix Five) 5* - Not getting Emperor’s Wrath points on PC game...

Not sure what I'm doing wrong.
Have Imperius Phoenix _ at Level 2 but not gaining any Emperor’s Wrath points when destroying tiles.
At the moment, _Imperius Phoenix is the only power the character has, does it required one of the other powers to work?
