Event compensation only for platinum?

It looks like bronze and silver accounts did not receive the inbox compensation item so far.
I don't know if this is also true for gold

    @naabaldan - which compensation? For the weekend event. Haven’t seen anything like that yet.

    Edit - apparently the compensation is being delivered over the next few days, so according to a Facebook post it should arrive before the weekend otherwise reach out to support.

    Yeah, I received an email stating that they have send it out in batches so they don't overflow their servers. They also said that they identified the issue with the event, and with other events as well, and are working diligently to correct all play issues.

    Thx for the update. I was wondering as my main accounts received the compensation almost immediately

    Compensation is now send to silver and bronze, too
