Well you had the whole Big thing going on but in this case Prime was mentally a 13 year old but is physically an adult and messing around with a 13 year old girl who has a crush on his adult self. I am sure it was handled sensibly so as not to give the impression that...oh wait no it was the 90s. I'm sure it was fine. Oh wait...then Prime creator Gerard Jones was arrested for possession of 600 child pornography files Which I am sure was just for research....oh he uploaded them to YouTube. So Prime absolutely wasn't created with a backdrop of any of that unless, well I guess he had sort of been??? It probably sounds worst than it was...

Also Night Man may have the most pointless superpower ever which he never uses because of his kickass suit and cars and also he plays the saxophone which is again, too 90s to survive in this, our troubled future.

On Ultraverse characters generally I think Marvel has some sort of issue in using them. I know Joe Quesada explored bringing them back but for some reason either couldn't or Marvel wouldn't. I guess they exist from that strange time of Malibu Comics and I am not sure anybody ever quite understood Malibu Comics!

Death Adder was my favorite ... speaking of looking like a Joe ripoff in hindsight (even though he predates '80s GI Joe ) ... they killed him off in the mid-80s, but brought him back at some point ... ? Oh, they resurrected him as a second incarnation, new secret name, same villain game. Love when they do that.
