Not fond of the idea of the cosmic Marvel concept beings as playable characters - Death, Living Tribunal, Eternity, Order & Chaos, etc shouldn't be having fist fights with Sabretooth.

We are so far beyond this argument. Just pretend it isn't an actual fist fight. Like when we fight Galactus. He doesn't die. We just fought him off enough that he goes somewhere else for a cosmic snack.

Note: I don't actually know anything about Coulson, but he seems like an average Joe who could die in a car accident on his way to work.

You misunderstood what I am saying - this isn't about power levels it is about the characters I mention generally being above involvement in things on a mortal level. These characters are more or less disassociated with anything that happens in the Marvel Universe only becoming involved on extremely rare occasions.Galactus despite being cosmic is still a physical presence who comes into conflict with others and has motivations and desires whereas the others including Death are concept beings who represent certain aspects of reality and are normally removed from interacting with it. In the original comic book Thanos snap utterly fails to have any impression on Death because "she" is beyond the concept of right or wrong, she just exists to do a job.

I'm not sure Marvel would let them do this, and if they did, it's because Marvel explicitly approved it (and, potentially, requested that the character be added -- they do that!).

BCS has to get every single character, their art, their powers, etc, approved through Marvel, and Marvel is apparently not easy to work with on these things.

He is based on the agents of shield "version" of him. In that show they brought him back to life with Kree blood and at one point got his arm chopped off and replaced with Stark Tech. It talks about it in his bio in a less spoilery way, also it's why his left hand has a glove but not his right.

The Kree blood didn't quite make him as strong as a Kree but did make him stronger.

Isn't Coulson just a regular human and also one of the strongest characters in the game?

Note: I don't actually know anything about Coulson, but he seems like an average Joe who could die in a car accident on his way to work.

He is based on the agents of shield "version" of him. In that show they brought him back to life with Kree blood and at one point got his arm chopped off and replaced with Stark Tech. It talks about it in his bio in a less spoilery way, also it's why his left hand has a glove but not his right.

aaah, the arm explains why he carries the best affiliation in the game! I thought it was just because he used guns or something.

Now this Kree blood, does it somehow make him better than human, or did it just revive him as weak as he already was?

Also, new support "Blood of Kree" upon death drain all red AP and revive with X% health per AP drained, lets go.

The Kree blood didn't quite make him as strong as a Kree but did make him stronger.

IIRC, he lost his arm because he was exposed to the terrigen mist and since he has knee blood he was about to transform into an inhuman. His arm was cut off to stop the transformation. Kree blood is also why he drew the map of the temple where daisy transformed to quake, raina transformed into that cat looking thing, and tripp died. Loved that TV show.

I'm surprised no one has complained yet that the next 4* character, after this week's 3/5, releases over Thanksgiving weekend in the US.

Whee, the locked in 4 week schedule is so much fun.

I suppose we all know it barely matters given how many characters there are, etc, and you'll get lots of covers from things besides how well you place in their release PVE, and you get at least one cover even with low placement because then you to need to roster the new character.

EDIT: The presumed 4* in December will release on 12/26.

(I know! Not everyone follows observed holidays etc etc but still.)
