I think this kind of kit is really suited for lower tier players.

Remember 3* Doctor Strange is always the most used character! A lot of folks need guys that can help clear PvE goons, and I bet Mephisto will help them with that a lot.

I'm not sure how useful he'll be for us. It really depends on how the numbers scale at 4* and 5*.

I like his theme. Not sure I like giving the opponent a pile of AP...but you can choose so I guess oftentimes it'll be something they can't use. Lol take THAT chasm and gwenom!

Do powers that make enemy stuff cost more AP stack or does it just take the highest?
