Offseason "Special Offer"

So, the "Special Offer" goes back to the old dev days and I often wonder if anyone actually buys it. It's not that special and there are way better things to spend HP on. They must have data on it so somebody must be being it, but it can't be that many. It just really isn't that special an offer yet they keep throwing it out each offseason like it's on auto-pilot.

    Only time I ever buy something there is if I need like 1 more to get a level on my faved 4* and I've already bought the daily deals for everything. So probably once or twice a year the stars align for that lol.

    I'm surprised they haven't done anything with this.

    A LONG, LONG time ago, buying the off-season 40 pack was one of the cheapest and easiest ways to get a legendary token. I remember some alliancemates buying starks over and over to buy these.

    I can't see anybody buying these now, with all the other, far better, ways to spend money.

    One could ask the same question about the typically terrible 3* PvP stores.

    Sometimes offers exist to remind you that there are always worse deals than the ones they put up.

    I also wouldn’t be surprised if the special offer is hard coded into the game etc and pulling it down is more work than it’s worth. Just ignore it and carry on.
