Playing one account on phone and tablet

I had google searched this and the results I saw said this was ok, so I loaded MPQ on my IPad, but now when I try to open the game on my phone is gets to "Loading 100%" and then never gets past this screen.

Anyone experience this or know a fix?

    Were you able to play on your phone before?

    I know it's possible to play on both. Maybe you need to close down MPQ on the IPad before it will open on your phone because it may not allow 2 sessions to be open at the same time.

    Make sure both versions are updated to the latest release since R312 just went out.
