    @Sarah no problem!
    And to be honest, the thing we value the most in any feedback is 'reasoning'.
    One recent example was the first version of Kaito, Bane of Nightmares that came out with the wrong costs. The precision with which it was criticised filled my heart with joy! Like, "his abilities might be fine but the costs are definitely a no go. don't buy it!" gives us a precise line of action.
    Of course, 1. some changes are less clear and people have different experiences and opinions, like with Grist; and 2. some things are harder to change like old events nodes and objectives (YFE and Orazca, I'm looking at you!) but those are talks we have too.

    The same works for praise too! Saying "this is awesome" sells and this is important (ya know, salaries and servers to maintain...) but saying "this is nice because-" or "such a different challenge! we like/dislike it" - these are the gold! ;)
    The constant complaints about 'We know it's optional but people playing Masterpieces while I'm trying for the Commons/Uncommons objective suuucks! Can't you make it mandatory?' made us create the Commoner Cup. Now we are dealing with "Some PWs are just too good, fam, commons or not" and that's another exciting challenge too!

    enough for today. I've been a chatterbox XD
