1 star juggie accended to 5 has same health as 4

So i got a 1 star juggie accended to 5 star at 450 and just did a 4 star juggie accended to 5 star at 450 last night

both have the same HP is this normal

The game apparently has some set of standardized health pool numbers for the various tiers. In low tiers almost everyone is exactly the same. Maybe even up to the 4 tier? (There may be some exceptions)

In the 5 tier though there are a range of health pools and they pick one from that group for each character, ascended or otherwise. Giving both Juggernauts high health (they both have among the highest one in tier) makes sense in terms of consistency for the character, and for 4 Juggs, he doesn't do anything except avoid damage and do AOE match dmg really, so he technically "deserves" it. For the 1, his red does huge self damage and he needs a lot of health to survive using it, and his green does little damage really, and his black is expensive and very conditional so he's slightly slow in a sense so needs more health to survive.

I am not sure if you are just asking about this specific case but the other 1s have a range of health pool as 5s, they are not all the same. Nor are all 4s when ascended the same. The devs tend to balance health with "how quickly can the character do something and how powerful are their nukes".

If you bring 4*Juggs, you want one of two things (or both, both is good):

1: Max out his damage

2: To keep him alive as long as possible, maximizing the number of times his AoE goes off and because of his match damage.

Just watch your opponents. There are legit counters.

Chavez is really good too. Take some ap boosts in and you will be firing off critical tiles at the start of each turn
