Abzan (WBG), Naya (WRG), Sultai (UBG)

Decks? No. Why?
In paper MtG, players can play any color cards, limited only by success and failure of their lands to support the deck.
Here, we can only play decks of the colors of our Planeswalkers. It is long past time for us to be able to play all the cards.
Wizards can use this game's state of play to aid them in designing the release of future paper Planeswalkers, so their release in PQ can only be a positive thing.
Dakkon was released. Dihada was released. A replacement for Narset was released. Lord Windgrace was released. I would not bother to say any of this, if there had not been repeated missed chances to bring out Abzan And Sultai And Naya PWs. Anafenza herself, Rith, Xenagos, Annie Flash, Minsc and Boo, Izoni, and Grist and countless others were passed over. If you claim they were too minor in Lore I say: when has that (Daretti) ever been (Fblthp) a deal breaker? Arguably Dihada was merely a foil for heroes.
As we have seen with the release of PM2 's Sorin, Ravenous Neonate and all three of PMA's Planeswalkers, PQ's developers CAN be given a free hand to release PWs unique to PQ, and they MUST, for this game's players to at long last gain the most fundamental freedom in Magic.

So PM2's planeswalkers are taken from the paper set Modern Horizons 3, where they are flip-walkers like the Origins pws and Nicol Bolas, the Ravager. The former were the first in Puzzle Quest, so they probably were not going for complexity like that that early on. The latter one, Bolas 2, they did go for it, and to some it's been their favorite of the three. Like the Origins walkers, the PM2 ones just have their planeswalker side.

Now, most of the ones that you were saying as far as we know have not been planeswalkers in paper and in its lore (Exceptions being Xenagos in a later card, Grist (who we got the MH3 version but not the first one), and technically the Minsc and Boo from Battle for Baldur's Gate (Commander Legends 2), where he is just red-green), unless they previously were before being depicted in cards. However, as you said that's not necessarily a dealbreaker here in Puzzle Quest. We've had a few non-planewalkers get to be playable as Planeswalkers. Fblthp is just a creature in paper, who even if they get around to different places randomly probably still is not a planeswalker. We got Daxos and Kalemne, who come from the Commander set that introduced(?) experience points/counters; both of them being related to Theros, it worked out to have them brought in through the Duel Deck set DvK that debuted right after TBD (Theros Beyond Death?). And I guess The Eldrazi Devastation from ZvE fits this bill also, but Eldrazi are kinda a thing of their own. The original PMA pws, in case that's what you meant, are unique to Puzzle Quest, as their way to do their own sorta Puzzle Quest things.

I'm not sure what criteria Wizards of the Coast has for whoever is developing Puzzle Quest at the time on what non-planeswalkers can be made as Planeswalkers in PQ or what can be tweaked or made up from scratch. There are probably some rules as I had questioned I think back when we were waiting on March of the Machine if we could get Wrenn and Realmbreaker to be a Jund walker for us, or some time similar to that. And it seems this question was kinda asked again as question 7 of the July Q&A this time around.

So far, there might not be Abzan, Sultai, or Naya depicted planeswalkers yet in paper for WebCore or whoever to use here, yet, but there is precedent that that they could choose to use a legendary creature such as if it were a Commander. At least until them, colorless planeswalkers can be used for the missing color combos, as long as a node or event doesn't restrict color, which I guess is kinda more often than not. Sorry if this has been kinda rambling. I am for them adding things of these color combos, and it breaks the bank less when they do so now with the revised PW price, but I'd understand if they want to wait to see if paper develops PWs of these colors on their own, or Legendaries that can be used as well. Comet for Space Opera 2025! or 2026, I forget when it falls.

There have been exceptions made in the past for Planeswalkers in this game, but it's not up to MTGPQ who they get to use, and this game is not Wizards' priority.

While MTGPQ might eventually get loosened restrictions or a change of terminology to allow a wider array of player characters in the game, for now, there are no planeswalkers of these colour combinations in paper MTG. As has been said, there were exceptions for the Dual Decks planeswalkers, but the MTGPQ-exclusives from PMA are all existing characters in their primary colour. There is no way that Wizards would approve a version of an existing character out of their paper colours, so we're waiting for an exception to be made to the MTGPQ assignment of "planeswalker" as player character, or for the single new PW per paper set to be of the few combinations that have not been done yet.

Maybe we'll get lucky in the new Tarkir set.

If MTGPQ devs have previously created Planeswalkers out of Non-Planeswalker characters, like Kalemne, or invented Planeswalkers off the top of their heads, like The Eldrazi Desolation, then I don't think it would break the game or the brand to create three more Planeswalkers.

If WOTC were going to have gotten annoyed by something, my guess is they would have gotten annoyed by the conversion of Fblthp into a Planeswalker. I'm pretty sure Mark Rosewater is aware of that happening, too, I seem to remember him mentioning it in his Blogatog blog at some point, although I can't find the precise post at the moment.

I think just three more characters, perhaps Legendary creatures, converted into Planeswalkers, to finish off the color combinations, isn't too much to ask! I think would still be seen as being respectful to the MTG brand (a brand, incidentally, which has now printed 'Doctor Who' and 'Fallout' paper cards, so it's not afraid to do unusual things for the sake of fun!)

No need to rush 'em out all at once, of course! The introduction of a new 3 color Planeswalker is always a big event in MTGPQ, and we want to savor it!

I love to see more three colored pw in mtgpq. Especially with color combinations not introduced before like WhiteGreenRed or BlueGreenBlack.

I'd like Ajani Adversary of Tyrants to be changed to Naya, he already has those mana bonusses.
