Are the 3* ascended (lvl 270) worth keeping?

in MPQ General Discussion

I have a couple 366 (Deadpool and Wolverine X Force), and have started a dupe (for 13 covers only) and I have 9 3@270 (thanks to the vaults), and I need more roster spots; should I sell them right away or level them up a couple levels?
Hulk, Patch, Squirrel girl, among others.
Have a 366 spots roster, with all the available characters, have a 1 and 2 farm at work as well, reach 144 and sold

    Um...are you not using Ascension at all? Those 270s are incredibly valuable. I wouldn't sell them, like, ever.

    What else are you doing with those 3 star covers if not applying them to ascended characters?

    Why would you sell anything. You should be making more then enough gold to buy slots. I think I have 120 slots open

    Yes it does suck acceding a 3 to 4 and go man I can make it to 5 star land just to remember all the freaking cover you need

    Somehow I got 8 ares hopefully someday I will be able to merge them to 5 star. Just got one accended to 3 max now the slow climb getting 2. To max them merge then start all over

    If you are able to do the monthly vault quests and get the ascended 3 to 4 star characters that will speed things up a lot. I had patch, deadpool, and squirrel girl already ascended to 4 star so once they reach 370 I will already have a duplicate 4 star to use to ascend them to a 5 right away.

    That is IF you do all of the quest. I wasn't able to get match 50 of strongest colors. And good chance I will miss. I think I have 5 items left and can get 4 tokens. My luck that 5th will be the accended

    My patch is only 205 so could use the 166 anytime soon

    Unless you get really unlucky, you don't need to do ALL of them. I missed a few and got both of them this month, and many of them you will do just incidentally.
