Ral, the Crackling Wit, is a Human Planeswalker turned into an Otter. After the events that followed the murders of Zegana and Teysa, Ral was contacted by Niv-Mizzet to assist in his Onmenpath Project. The search led him to Bloomburrow, where he helps fight the Calamity Beasts.
