Please rebalance Seed of Hope
It feels like someone got confused about which card is first and which card is last in your graveyard and accidentally made Seed of Hope a much worse card than it should be.
mtg Seed of Hope
Mill two cards. You may put a permanent card from among the milled cards into your hand. You gain 2 life. (To mill two cards, put the top two cards of your library into your graveyard.)
mtgpq Seed of Hope
Destroy the top 2 cards of your library. Gain 4 life. Pick one of the first 2 cards from your graveyard. If that is a Creature or Support card - Fetch that card.
So it's similar but significantly worse. In mtgpq the first card in your graveyard is the card that's been in your graveyard the longest. The two cards destroyed by Seed of Hope will be the last two cards in your graveyard. If the first two cards of your graveyard are spells then they'll continue to be spells every time you cast Seed of Hope making the spell terrible because even if it works a a time or two it eventually shuts itself off and is 3 mana spell to destroy two cards from your library. It would make way more sense if it had you pick one of the last two cards so that you'd be picking a card from the two cards that it just destroyed. On top of being designed to shut itself off it doesn't even have any life gain. As it is now it shuts itself off sometimes the very first time you cast it if you're unlucky
I get it's a different game and the card won't always be similar after it's converted over to mtgpq but using the first two cards instead of the last two cards of the graveyard and also not giving it any life gain to ensure it actually did something beneficial makes Seed of Hope a much worse card than it probably should be. I'm okay that even with picking one of the last two cards that they could both be spells. That's fine because you can adjust your odds by playing it in a deck that's doesn't have a lot of spells in it.
Occasionally bug fixes have made cards better. Seed of Hope does work as written so it's not a bug. I'm not aware that a card has even been updated for the sole purpose rebalancing it to make it a stronger card because it was too weak but the reverse definitely happens so I'm hoping this is game that actually does rebalancing in both directions. Particularly since I'm not even sure if Seed of Hope is intentionally bad or if it was a mistake confusing first and last when someone wrote down what it should do.
