Instead of that how about if they would just offer extra covers for that one person

They have done every cover for 2 stars in the past

I know if they would say

Enough covers to push a 1 star to 3 and you could use those covers to boost the person you already own

. I would be tempted to buy since it seems the 1 stars for 20. No longer pop up .

Again doubt cause say they would offer 80 1 star juggie for x amount

Those who already have him at 450 would gain 20 levels (math might be off)
