Crystalized gems can match any color but they are colorless. They don't count as being every color. You only get extra swaps from matches with at least 5 gems of the same color. You made a swap that matched 4 white gems and 1 colorless gem, so it doesn't meet the requirements to earn you an extra swap.

    "Extra Swap
Players can earn an extra swap when matching at least 5 gems of the same color on a single gem break from either swapping/cascading. The extra swap granted by cascades will only consider each gem break individually, not the whole amount of broken gems after all cascades are finished.
Note that If the players match, for example, 3 white gems and 3 blue gems at the same time, this will not grant an extra swap since only 3 gems of each color were matched."

"Crystalize / Crystalized (added in 5.6.0)

Crystalized is the Colorless version of Improved Gems.

Crystalize is only created by a targeted conversion on the board, exiling attached cards from the converted gem. Crystalized gems also work as a universal matching gem, able to be matched with any other color(s)."

@Janosik Do you have an example of a match involving at least 5 gems of the same color and a Crystalized gem that didn't earn you an extra swap?
