Facebook Backup not working, and impact on cover swaps
Facebook Backup was a problem a number of months ago, but I thought it had been fixed. The last couple of days I have received a message when starting MPQ saying the Facebook "app is not available", and have just selected continue to get in and play. Then in options if I select "save backup using Facebook", I also get the "app is not available" error message.
I assume this is a known issue but I haven't seen any message about the problem?
Also I have an outstanding support request for cover swaps. Does this mean that customer support are unable to verify the covers I have in rewards that I want to swap? And if they don't get back to me before the Latest roll over tomorrow, do I lose my chance to swap?

They announced yesterday on Discord that there's another FB issue that they're working with FB to fix but they don't have an ETA yet.
This won't affect your swaps because you are still connected to the game server and they can look at your account whenever they want. As long as you sent in the email to CS about the swaps in advance of tomorrow then your swaps should still be honored. Make sure to keep them in rewards and don't try and sell or roster them in advance though as that could cause you issues .

Chiming in to confirm this - we're sorry about the inconvenience and doing what we can to resolve the issue. Since it resolves another party, it makes it difficult (as it has in the past) to hone in on a resolution time, but we'll get it functioning as quickly as we can!
