Lively Dirge spell

I saw some cards have been fixed and updated its text into the post [investigating/fixed] but this card still is working bad and don´t have the "investigating" mark.
Only reanimate a creature if already was in the graveyard before casting the spell. If there are no creatures in the graveyard and this spell dropped one of cost 12 or less to the GY (and 2 or more gem´s combinations were done) the second part of the spell does not happens, but if already was a creature cost 12 or less before casting the spell, yes. With other spells with same text as Connive/Conncoct and Cauldron´s Gift works fine.
