Train 3 powers daily quest bugged!

This is the 2nd time this has happened, I can’t remember if the 1st time was yesterday or the day before. I had 3 covers, all said add level before I applied them. After doing so the daily quest updated but only gave me credit for training 1 power. It just did it again today. I had to open 2 more covers both days to get the 2 final credits.

    Were they by chance half/third/quarter levels on ascended characters?

    I think only full levels count because I've run into this before too.

    I suppose it’s possible. It would at least make sense if it was. I’ll try to pay attention the next time that one pops up.
