Plague Control: Infestation

The Plague Control event is suffering from significantly slowed play once more than 2 rat swarm tokens are on the board.

Planeswalker used: Sarkhan Unbroken, Dakkon, Shadow Slayer

Affected: card drawing, card activation, effect activation, attacks, damage, life gain
Unaffected: swaps, gaining mana/loyalty

Destroying all the rat swarm tokens allows the game to run at normal speed until more than 2 tokens are created.

The event is basically unplayable, it's that painfully laggy. Bummer.

Yep, unplayable. Here's a typical turn. I'm not playing any more matches.

Came here to say this, the slow down makes this event unbearable.

Yeah, I managed to slog through 3 rounds, somehow, but I'm done with it.

I played two matches and had to give up. It would take forever and a few days to complete this event.

Same problem here. Trying to slog it out but the "loop detection" triggers multiple times during my turn. Not fun.

Same, way too slow. Slowest ever.

I played 2 games yesterday, tried another today but done with it. Unplayable.

It's also worth mentioning the "invulnerable" event supports do not rotate their color when matched. While I've not experienced such, I'm reasonably certain this can cause a lock state under the correct conditions (where the supports continue to match over and over).

Have noticed the lag/slowness on other events too, but it does sometimes resolve. I had a slow game in this weekend's Family too.

Lol, same here. I had the LPS kick in TWICE during my turn, just because the event is soooooo slooooooowwwww.....

So I couldn’t play this event at all and refused to play more than one game because the lag was so bad. So Bugcores compensation was one step up even though the event was basically unplayable… what a joke this company is becoming

What would you have accepted as decent compensation?

Anything better than the sad excuse of bumping you up one tier from where you stood. It’s not the communities fault placing so low because of how poor their game performs.

I wasn’t going to try and play for progression with how bad it was. I think anyone who at least tried should get get full progression rewards, or the last reward if it was crystals/pinks/and a pack, at least. It’s not our fault they can’t get their act together.
