I have thought about this idea for awhile now, make it since the first Standard sets became Legacy in the beginning of this game so if that tells you I'm an old player, I appreciate the sentiment and apologize in advance for this post sounding boring or droll.

Every player who has played at least a single month in-game knows how the Daily Login Calendar Rewards work. If they don't that's what all the players who are VIP or old like me should be teaching them before they teach them the color order of Planeswalkers to purchase and lvl up, or how the weekly game journal quests work.

Now then, everyone hopefully knows by now that every month players receive a certain amount of standard packs just by logging in every day. They receive a Super Pack guaranteed for logging in twenty one days straight. They receive various standard and legacy booster packs from the journal quests each week that change weekly at the discretion now of Webcore. And they receive packs depending on how well they score individually and as a coalition in coalition PvP and PvE events in-game.

What not a lot of players who are below lvl 100 are aware of is that for every twenty, fifty, hundred levels you personally reach in the game, you get guaranteed non duplicate legacy and standard booster packs.

Some players may want to just own all the commons etc. Others may just want to own every rare mythic Masterpiece etc. Others every Planeswalker or every Planeswalker specific Beginner, Expert and Master Deck.

Before sets became craftable, I am sure you hopefully were playing by then as regular players and knew all the issues that caused alone. Like what was the point of stockpiling packs of a set of you never knew when it would be feasible to open them in hopes of rares to Masterpieces instead of the disappointment of commons and uncommons.

So then here are my very simple ideas, at least to myself as a non VIP Magic the Gathering Puzzle Quest Platinum lvl 344 player currently looking to help out all players on all tiers who are lower levels than me and have been playing for at least three months.

First, if a player has all commons and/or uncommons in a set, they should have the option given to trade a certain amount of Standard or Legacy set packs that say they contain a high percentage of these said cards for packs from the same sets that are Rares, Mythics or Masterpieces. This is like booster crafting, but saves them having to choose whether to go for lower rarity cards or save for higher rarity cards depending on what they can afford to craft.

Secondly have a section here in the forum for this game set up for the admins or moderators or regular players who have
reached milestone levels like in the twenties, fifties, hundreds etc to be able to discuss with new players the exact benefits of getting to those player levels in the first place and not just color mastery levels in events or Planeswalker maxed out levels.

Thirdly instead of new players struggling to spend gold or runes to obtain Legacy Packs in the store or from reaching the so called milestone levels I have mentioned above, give them a chance every other month or so to have a Legacy pack in the daily Login Calendar Rewards

This is just a suggestion from a long time player.

Really interesting ideas! I know that even though you’ve been playing forever, you talk with a lot of new players in your coalition!

Actually these are all my own ideas and none I have heard mentioned in my coalition or even our Discord server either @Sarah. Thanks for replying.

    No worries at all.

I may have picked up certain things in our server discussions that fully added to this as a whole but the basics are mine alone I believe.
