Doorkeeper Thrull vs Cityscape Leveler Trigger Priority
Cityscape Leveler has an effect that triggers off of it being cast but the trigger priority of the effect is changing based on if the player casting it already has another Cityscape Leveler in play. If the player casting it doesn't have another one in play then it seems to trigger with the priority of a card in hand. If the player casting it does have another one in play then it seems to trigger with the priority of the one in play.
This leads to an odd interaction with Doorkeeper Thrull.
If you have a Doorkeeper Thrull in play and your opponent casts a Cityscape Leveler without another Cityscape Leveler in play then the Doorkeeper Thrull resolves first and the Cityscape Leveler is disabled before it's effective can trigger and your last creature is not destroyed.
If you have a Doorkeeper Thrull in play and your opponent casts a Cityscape Leveler with another Cityscape Leveler in play then the Cityscape Leveler resolves first and your last creature is destroyed.
I don't really know what the last update to the trigger priority rules does because reading it doesn't make it seem like it actually changes anything. Since the reason for the update was to let cards like Authority of the Consuls resolve a disable effect with higher priority than it has without it having to say that on the card then I'm presuming we also want Doorkeeper Thrull to always trigger it's disable effect before Cityscape Leveler rather than having it be dependent on if they have another Cityscape Leveler in play.
I've attached a screenshot of the battlelog where you can see the my opponent cast two Cityscape Levelers in the same turn while I have a Doorkeeper Thrull in play. They did not already have another Cityscape Leveler in play. You can see the first one they cast does not destroy my last creature but the second one they cast does.

I noticed most of the other recent discussions have been labeled as Investigating, To Be Fixed, As Designed, or Fixed in the title. It seems like any bug report should fit into one of those categories unless either more information is needed to clarify the nature of the issue or it's been investigated and couldn't be reproduced. Do I need to provide more information or clarify something? I don't really care which category it falls into but please let me know if there's something additional I need to do get it labeled. That way I'll know if this is working as designed or not. Thank you.

Any chance of this getting either investigated or marked as working as designed?
