Silk (Cindy Moon) 4* - Rebalance & New Costume

As announced in our R303 Release Notes, Silk (Cindy Moon) 4* is getting a rebalance on May 23rd along with her new Web Costume featured in the below screenshots.

Rebalance Notes:
Silk's rebalance brought her up to more modern standards of Spider-Family power. Most older Spider-People used Web tiles, but didn't actually get a boost for spending those Web tiles. So while Silk's healing gave her a decent niche, she was pretty much a one hit wonder as her other abilities were much weaker than a character who performed the same abilities without the use of Web tiles.
