Lord Windgrace 2nd ability says in order:
- 1st Create 2 cat´s tokens
- 2nd Opposing nonland support lose x shields equal to the number of cats + reinforcements you control.
Well, it seems to happen just in reverse order, if you have no cats in play, opponent support lose 0 shields and then generate the cats, but if you already had cats, then opponent support lose shields.
