Three steps Ahead errrm?? [Investigating]

No idea what's happening with this card haha iv posted a vidoe to help explain, but iv noticed at spree 4 when you target your own creature these steps happen;

1) enter hand can be discarded instead of a singler card as seen in spree 1 then it draws cards
2) will drain mana from oppenet no issues
3) your creature will be copied but also cards discard (from watching the vidoe) will also be cast even if you haven't paid the mana cost and then your copied creature enters play
