Did they do this with 2* Night Crawler?

I know they loan us an ascended Electro for his PvP event. But this is the first time I remember them not powering up a character for his own PvP event.

    Yeah, it was the same with Nightcrawler. I think they said it was a bug that they'd fix before the next 2*...

    Pretty sure the same thing happened with the 2* bag man pvp as well.
