M21 Elite Packs - no non-dupe 400 pinkies booster

A few hours ago, new M21 elite packs were available. But only the 120 pinkies booster. No 400 non-dupes 
I was saving pinkies to get a specific card but with the 120 option only available, yeah... almost zero chance to get what i want
