As far as I can tell, right now, the only OTJ Planeswalker available in the vault for purchase is Oko. So, can anyone tell me how I just faced a Daretti deck in Locomotive Looters, which is obviously a PvP event?

No, I didn't even really think about what was happening until after the match was over. I was just hoping there was some secret way to get him because I am planning to pick him up when he becomes available.

@versemage , No way for the general public to get him... yet. It was most likely a content creator that has early access.

I've got him but haven't tested him at all yet. So it wasn't me. But I'll pass it on.

I was testing it out in the training grounds the other day, but I never use something that isn’t available to anyone in any events other than the training grounds. If you ever see me tinkering with something new in there feel free to let me know you saw it! It is always fun to get people’s reactions to new stuff.

No, it was Locomotive Looters because I was thinking since it was the first OTJ event I was playing, that somehow either it was part of the event or maybe some sort of prize support availability.
