Is CS down (again)?

Same thing like last December, only this time I have covers that need to be swapped and that are running out, anyone else with problems?

    You can swap covers only if you have the Latest Legend characters at lvl 550. Any extra covers you pull for a latest legend character already at 550 they will let you swap for covers of your choice.

    The in-game is notoriously unresponsive for me. I usually email directly and get a resolution in 2-4 business days. I last emailed them 3weeks back and resolved in 48hrs.

    Just to give the responders here a quick update, tried another ticket via email, things got fixed in 1 h and anew mins.👌

    This should be communicated in game. In game CS has ignored my open ticket for over a week now, closing in on two weeks. Pretty impressive amount of Idgaf. Seems to be bleeding over into forum communications too.

    I wonder what happened. Bad Q1?

    I'd always use the email, personally. If you don't get a reference number it's really hard to track thereafter.

    I have only ever used in game CS requests previously, but not for a long time. So is the recommended route to CS the online web form found under support on this website, or literally to send them an email?

    My personal recommendation is to send an email. I'm not certain if that's the "official" recommendation but I don't think it makes a difference to CS either way.

    I can't login today. When I start the game there is a pop-up message to install update first but when I try to do this nothing happens, only a white screen appears.

    Try going to the App store or the Play store if you're on Android and search for the game to update it that way.

    A week, I have one sitting there from the 9th october I'm trying to get them to close.

    Whats the email address to contact them, I've always used in game help but cannot start another with this one still open!

    Perhaps the in game CS should be made into an email form since that’s presumably the only kind of ticket they will respond to any longer.

    I would have been less annoyed with a straight up negative response than nothing at all. If I were waiting since Oct, I would be boycotting any spending for sure.
