The Hunt PVE: Again?

It could just be my recency bias, but didn't we just do The Hunt? I don't track it but The Hunt has to be one of the most oft repeated PVEs (Strange Sights is probably up there also).

The Hunt was last run (as a 4 day) on 4/7/24 - about 5 weeks ago.

I guess it depends on what you call “just run”. There are 15 events that are basically in the potential rotation (excluding the old Heroics and 7-days).

If they ran all of them in a cycle that would allow about 8 1/2 weeks (with two boss events) between runs.

They do not run all of them in a cycle, certainly not lately. Some haven’t been run since January or late December.

Thanks! I'm definitely still battle scarred but from that false start of The Hunt about two years or so ago where it was run twice in succession because of an issue where the first run opened all nodes of all subs immediately.

Yeah, that's pretty recent for me. 5 weeks ago isn't that long ago and really wish they would shuffle things around a bit more in PVE. That or maybe I just don't like The Hunt. :-)

I’m no fan of it either, and for like 3-4 cycles recently, they ran The Hunt with 3 other pves over and over. They really should pull up some of the ones that haven’t been run in months.

The one nice thing about the Hunt is sub 3 has a lot of all-goon nodes to blaze through.

The devs love The Hunt. Remember that week where they ran it 3 times? Oh yeah fun times.
The Hunt is usually a 4 day though, where Florida is a 2 day sub.

Doing it as a 3 day is less annoying for sure, but still I feel like this been run a little too often recently.

A lot of things have been run too often lately. I'm just glad when I see the next event and it's not Cosmic Chaos. Too many of the nodes in that are annoying.
