Bristle bill landfall not working

Title pretty much says it all, I can't get bristle bill to reinforce my creatures, on 4 swaps of 5+ the landfall effect simply isn't triggering

    I have the same issue: He does it once sometimes twice and then not at all.

    In addition: when i built a loop around bristle bill I noticed that he is going through the animations of reinforment and buff but the numers don';t change.

    Bill seems (partly) fixed:
    He only works once

    Yes, he's only triggering once.
