Alliance add a slot suggestion

Slots get very expensive and it gets to be a lot to ask a members to add a slot. I propose adding a pool hero points option. This would make it to were each member could contribute a few hero points at a time until the slot is purchased. People would still contribute money to the game for the alliance function, but this would allow everyone to contribute in some way.
