Anzrag's rampage doesn't destroy opponent's Artifacts

Anzrag's Rampage reads "Destroy all Artifact cards." but in fact it only destroys the player's Artifacts and not greg's.

    I tried this card against "Equipment Room" in the You've Found an Entrance event. I didn't cast at all, even though Greg had a board full of artifacts. I didn't have any artifacts of my own, but that shouldn't matter according to the text on the card.
