Thor Green ability unable to cast with sufficient Green AP.

I am fighting someone in the Avengers Only Tournament right now and using a Thor (69), I have 15/15 Green AP required for the ability but there is no effect that shows that ability is available for use while his Red ability is glowing and has a spark tied to it's icon.

Ok... After casting his red spell once (as I was typing this post...) It seems to work perfectly fine now.... weird ....

    If you had just used IM40's Recharge, this is a known issue, and a fix will be in an upcoming patch. Otherwise, not sure.

    same thing happened to me with spidey and his stun with more than enough blue. pretty likely it was after IM 40 recharge now that you mention it
