Spring Cleaning vault etc

Can we get the least used characters in these kinds of vaults? I'd like to finish Cosmo, Rhino, Silver Samurai, Carolina Dean, Reptil, Big Wheel, Abigail Brand, etc.

Some of players would like to finish their collections or at least level them all equally.

    Hate to barge in on someone else's comment, but it's with regards to the Spring Cleaning/March Madness-type vaults...

    Can we get 3 of the LT's replaced with:
    100(?) standard tokens
    50(?) elite/heroic tokens
    25(?) mighty tokens

    That way we can level more non-5*s from rewards from the vault.
