Has anyone experienced being stuck on the loading screen? Is there a solution for this? I’m using an iPad and I seem to be stuck on the loading screen but I can play it from my iPhone though. If I delete the app and reinstall it again, will my data be deleted as well? As in I have to start from scratch? Also, will my VIP status be affected as well if I try to reinstall the game? Thanks and I hope you can help me resolve this issue.

I was having a similar issue yesterday, first on my iPad, then on my phone. I deleted & reinstalled the app, then logged back in. (If you have an account, all your data will be saved.)
