Free 6 hour booster keeps locking my game

Hi support,

Whenever I want to open the free 6 hour booster, the game locks up. I need to restart the app to get it to work again. The 6 hour booster is gone and no rewards / cards were added. This has been ongoing for at least the last 18 hours (3 openings resulting in 3 freezes).

    Sometimes it works for me. Sometimes it doesn't. I already missed 3 boosters like this, but not in the same day.

    Out of the last 8 or so free boosters (already lost count) only two of them worked normally. The other 6 or so froze my game where I had to restart the app. No new cards, no runes, no orbs. Just gone.
