    @MPQBlaine mentioned on Discord that character selection for the poll is random and then tweaked if necessary to remove duplicates from the previous month.

    So, there is no need to remove the Limited status but still an opportunity to get him into regular pulls for the first time ever.

    I voted Big Wheel as I need to champ him and then Apoc coz he is best and then I already forgot third.
