Creates a copy (up to 3.) The "deals damage each turn" may also be a typo, they may have meant per activation, and if so it deals damage and creates a copy.

So...she is already countered. Is she an Image character? I know there are a few that are tweeners.
Her red would be good if she arrived a few years ago. In the current game she will get countered hard.

She'll go well with Polaris, I bet.
Passive part of the Red looks great because she damages whomever makes a match or fires a power (basically whomever is in front on the AI team). Will make her an excellent 1v1 character obviously since she will whittle down the opponent every time they do something. If that passive works with Okoye she should be a good ascended character.
Am I reading that Black right? Once you fire it once, it is a 3 turn repeater. Each turn it creates a copy (another 3 turn repeater or just a 2 turn one then a 1 turn 1?) or it create a copy when matched. So the only way to get rid of it is by destroying (match 4 or some power) or waiting for it to count down. If the copy is always a new 3 turn repeater then it would effectively be infinite (since each activation creates yet another 3 turn one) so I presume it goes 1 3 turn, then next turn you get 2 2 turns then finally 4 1 turns (each 2 turn one creates a dup). At least that repeater damage is low (baring Okoye or a lot of strike tiles) since it hits the team.

She seems like she could be very dangerous, since so many things trigger an attack by her. There are counters, but who doesn't have a counter at this point?
Would have been a great 5 Star Character if for no other reason than the bonkers history surrounding her. Rob Liefeld does a deep dive on his podcast around Todd McFarlane and Neil Gaiman’s court proceedings regarding this. Good listen if you got some drive time.

Sure. But it's going to take 126 covers to do that (113 for a max champ and 13 for a baby one) which is going to be a LONG while for most players.
