In the early years of the game there was a store option to draw a cover from a Standard pack for 500 Iso, which would usually be a 1* cover but could also be 2* or 3*. This was removed from the game -- I believe it was because it was a bad use of Iso that newer players were drawn towards. Now that commons can be raised to higher star levels, another way to obtain 1* covers would be useful.
