5* Dr Strange passive yellow not hitting target char

The power description clearly states that this passive will hit the “target”, but it doesn’t. It hits the char who fired the power, even if they are in the back. Worse, if it’s a team up that fires, NO ONE is hit. Either fix it to work as described or change the description. Personally, I think it should hit the target character, like it always has!

    3* Dr. Strange has similar wording for the yellow passive and that works as expected. So this definitely seems like a bug with the 5* version that needs to be fixed to work as the description says.
