Technical Support won't answer


On Friday January 19th the Marvel Puzzle Quest account on Facebook posted they are doing away with Facebook backup. Then 20 minutes later they deleted that post. I tried to use my Kindle to switch my account back up but it does not have any option in the app to back up using anything other than Facebook. Is there anyway to back up Amazon MPQ accounts after they get rid of Facebook back up?

On January 19th I sent a question about this to Tech Support and no one has answered my question. I haven't even got a courtesy response. Does anyone know anything about this?
